Yes, we welcome our guests to offer alcoholic beverages during their event, only if being served by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service of your choice. If you do not know of any we can assist if your bartender needs a bar we do have one on site for an additional fee. This is not a BYOB venue and in any event this policy is violated this will result in your event being cancelled, no exceptions.

Yes, each event comes with an attendant to assist and make sure your event runs smoothly.
The attendants job is to open and close The B Gallerie make sure bathrooms are fully stocked, assist with any spills, make sure the client and its guests are abiding by the rules of The B Gallerie, and to give a end of the night courtesy to the client letting them know that the end time of their rental is approaching.

To reserve your event date we require a $400 deposit. Final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. The deposit is non- refundable, in the event that you need to change your event date we will try our best to accommodate your request if notified within (30) days of your scheduled event. You have a year to reschedule from your original event date.
